  • Shipping & Delivery

    At this time, Vanities For Less ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Vanities For Less ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. You may also pick up the product at our showroom location at 70 E Merrick Road, Freeport, New York 11520. 

     *Please note that our Traditional S,K & T Series Vanities, Mirrors and Linen Cabinets are only available for in store pick up at this time.*

    Product Price, Description, & Color Accuracy:

    While we take measures to ensure that our web site reflects accurate product information and pricing, sometimes an error can appear on the site. We are not responsible for misrepresentations or errors found on the site.

    Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following: .

    • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. .

    • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. .

    Additionally, colors often vary depending on monitor settings and screen resolutions, and may not always display accurately on your screen.

  • Return Policy

    • All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most merchandise. Clearance items, special and custom orders. Please contact our sales department at or by calling 516-379-2284 prior to purchase for questions regarding a specific item.
    • If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
    • Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
    • If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
    • You must contact our customer service department (by calling 516-379-2284, opt 2; or emailing within 30 days of delivery to receive an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    • If an RMA is approved, an e-mail will be sent with an RMA number and further product return instructions. Each approved RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days. We understand that it is our or our client's responsibility to ship all merchandise in new condition (i.e. never installed/used). The returning items should be sent back the same way they arrived (pallet, boxes, corners, etc.). Upon receipt, Vanities for Less will inspect the package for any damage and reserves the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return. After items are received by Vanities for Less, they will be inspected within seven (7) business days and any approved credit will be issued to Dealer’s account adjusted by a $25 RMA processing fee, return shipping charges (unless the item was sent on dealer’s freight account) and a minimum 25% restock fee.  If the confirmed reason for the product's return is "Wrong Product Shipped" or "Defective Product."


    • Inspect all shipments upon arrival for damage before signing the delivery receipt. Please refer to the "Guidelines for Inspection" provided in your shipment confirmation email.
    • If there is damage to any portion of the shipment, you must note such damage on the Bill of Lading. In instances of extreme damage, you should refuse the shipment and note "refused due to damage" on the Bill of Lading. If the truck driver is not giving you the time to inspect the shipment, make a note on the Bill of Lading: "driver did not allow for inspection."
    • stands behind our customers. If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, will provide free replacements of standard/stock merchandise. But if the shipment was not inspected and the damage is not documented on the Bill of Lading, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of sending the replacement merchandise.
    • In regards to 'special order' items (such as tubs, whirlpools/jacuzzis, steam showers and non- vanities), please be advised that many suppliers of these products have a strict, 24 hour window that you must report any damages within in order to recieve accomodation.
